➤ CHALLENGE | MONATions 2021 was designed as a massive in-person growth catalyst, but sudden COVID-19 restrictions forced a pivot just six weeks before showtime. We had to rapidly reallocate the budget to build a high-tier virtual infrastructure without sacrificing the "Vegas-style" production value expected by the field. The goal was to deliver a unified, high-energy hybrid experience for both arena and remote audiences.
➤ STRATEGY
& SOLUTION | We treated the virtual platform as a primary venue rather than a secondary broadcast. Using a modular creative system, we executed a full-scale hybrid environment in a compressed 6-week timeline. Our "digital-first" strategy bridged the physical-digital gap, translating the arena's energy into a consistent, multi-channel storytelling experience that maintained brand integrity across every screen. RESULTS The hybrid model sustained MONAT’s rapid sales momentum, capitalizing on historical launch figures like $4M in 36 hours and $10M in 24 hours. The event successfully launched the MONAT Body Care line and announced expansion into Australia, Spain, and Lithuania. Despite logistical hurdles, the event awarded $100,000 in prizes, raised $500,000 for charity, and solidified MONAT’s status as the world’s #1 direct seller of premium haircare.

➤ CHALLENGE | The COVID-19 pandemic and global travel restrictions threatened to sever the vital connection between MONAT and its massive sales force. Traditionally reliant on high-energy, in-person conventions, the company faced the risk of losing business momentum and community engagement. They needed a way to replicate the prestigious, large-scale "stadium energy" of a leadership summit within a strictly digital environment.
➤ STRATEGY
& SOLUTION | MONAT pivoted to a high-production broadcast model, partnering with MEPTIK to launch Virtual X: LEVEL UP as a professional, multi-day digital ecosystem. By featuring top field leaders and world-class speakers like John Maxwell, they delivered actionable training to a record-breaking 100,000 concurrent viewers. This approach successfully bridged the gap to future events, earning the company 14 Viddy Awards for excellence in virtual production. RESULTS + IMPACT The event achieved unprecedented reach, allowing 100,000 attendees to log in simultaneously and participate in a unified brand experience. This digital success maintained strong sales momentum and team morale during a period of global isolation. Furthermore, the high production quality was recognized with 14 Viddy Awards, validating MONAT's position as a leader in digital event innovation.

➤ CHALLENGE | The objective was to design a new suite of beauty product packaging that aligned with the existing brand system while elevating its perceived value. The brand had clear guidelines that needed to be followed, but the current packaging lacked a strong sense of luxury and differentiation. The challenge was balancing consistency with creative elevation. It required refining the brand without breaking it.
➤ STRATEGY & SOLUTION | We used the existing brand system as a foundation, elevating it through cleaner layouts, stronger hierarchy, and intentional use of space. The approach focused on restraint—letting typography, color, and structure create a more premium feel. Subtle refinements in finishes and composition helped enhance the perception of luxury. Each product was designed as part of a cohesive system while still feeling distinct. The result was a more elevated, scalable packaging architecture. OUTCOME | The final designs elevated the brand’s visual presence while maintaining consistency. The packaging felt more premium, modern, and competitive within the category. It created a scalable system for future product expansion. Overall, it strengthened both brand perception and shelf impact.
